So glad we found Air Zone!! Within two hours of our phone call, Jacob was here, took a quick look, predicted what he'd find, and hoped it wouldn't be a more expensive fix. He worked hard on a hot and humid summer afternoon, confirmed his initial prediction, did the repair at a very reasonable price, and assured us that the more expensive work wasn't required. Wonderful responsiveness, competence, and professionalism. It's fantastic to find such quality people and work, locally-owned and capable.

DEFINITELY CALL THEM!
Michael came out to give us a second opinion on a $3000 quote we received from another company for a blower replacement. He wasn't here 5 minutes and knew it wasn't the blower. It ended up being just a light switch, and cost about 90% less. Thank you guys so much. We would definitely call them again and recommend them over any other company in town.

Listen to me everyone. Are you tired of being ripped off like I was for so so many years by all these so called great air conditioner techs, or a friend that has a friend? Save yourself time and money. Now you can put your mind at ease just call AIR ZONE for a nice cool breeze. Family owned, very honest, and great quotes, Best part is the courtesy call you get giving you a time line, not the all-day hurry up and wait attitude. They are the best.

From customer service to technical service, you will not find a better company to work with. I have used them for A/C repairs in the past, and again today for heating repairs. FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT!
We've used Air Zone Cooling & Heating twice since last year. Jacob came out both times. He was very friendly and efficient. The second time the repairs needed some extra work and he went out of his way to accommodate us. I called the original company who installed the AC unit and the prices were outrageous. I'm happy we didn't have them come out and instead found Air Zone cooling and heating, the prices were completely reasonable and we were up and getting cooled off in no time. I am grateful for this company and thank you Jacob, you are an asset to this company. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking.

First let's start with customer service at the office; Bridget was very pleasant and professional. Jacob and his assistant were very polite, professional and their work performance surpassed any work that I've had done by any company in the 12 years lived Las Vegas -thank you thank you thank you-I will definitely recommend you to my friends -their follow up was the best. I will not use another air conditioning or heating company as long as I live in this city.

Honest Family business and extremely quick service along with great prices. Prompt service and that is important in the heat in Las Vegas. Great prices. Very courteous and extremely honest family business. Air Zone is a family owned business with great and fast service. They are also very honest and courteous and they sent flower to my 97yr old Mother in Law who was in the hospital. They got the job done so quick it was amazing and the price was so much lower than expected with a half a ton more power than our old AC. My husband and I thank Jacob and his wife and his worker.

We have used Jacob and his Air zone team for a few years exclusively on both of my houses. Jacob or one of his team members responds to your calls as soon as humanly possible, they are honest and reasonable and just recently installed a new Heating & A/C system in my house. and it works excellent I wouldn't call anyone else.

WHAT A RELIEF
What a relief to have my ac fixed by an honest, reputable heating and cooling company. My ac went out recently and one company looked at it and said the entire system needed to be replaced, costing thousands of dollars. Fortunately friends of mine highly recommended Jacob and the Air Zone team. Thank you so much for professionally and efficiently diagnosing and fixing the problem. I was having problems with my AC. I called another company for repair and quote. They wanted to give me a deal that day if I purchased what was needed to fix my AC. I still thought was a high price, so I called Air Zone for my free second opinion and quote. I was so much happier with Air Zone quality of work and better prices to match! They save me a lot of money, esp in this time. They were fast, efficient and honest. I will call on them again and refer them to all I know. I even had them go to my mothers home, with their senior citizen discount. There, also was quality work for replacing my mother thermostat. Both me and my mother (which is hard to please) were very happy and satisfied with Jacob's work and honesty. Job Well Done!

We were told by one of the bigger companies that a huge repair bill of over 00 would be needed to fix the thermostatic expansion valve. Airzone said they would come out and give a free second opinion. Jacob (the owner) came out and found a leak in a freon tube and said the txv would not need replacement. Including the refill of the freon the bill came out to be a little more than 1/3 the other guy's repair. I am on a fixed income and I'm very grateful for Jacob and his work.
